Joan T. Kloth-Zanard a Parental Alienation expert and Board President of PAS Intervention, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. She informs us that a parent who is an alienator suffers from some form of PTSD. She said most alienators were abused as a child physically, sexually, or psychologically. She explains how Parental Alienation is another form of Domestic Violence by Proxy. Joan lets us know that there is hope when a child reaches certain ages. As an alienated parent she gives you solutions as to how to keep in contact with their child so they don’t feel abandoned. She tells us how learning critical thinking skills can help. Learn which court and the type of changes you can file if you are being alienated against. Her book Where Did I Go Wrong? How Did I Miss the Signs? Dealing with Hostile Parenting and Parental Alienation and Broken Family Bonds are two books that can help.
