The Role of Men in Times of Challenge

This week’s episode is with Bill de la Cruz who is the CEO of DeLaCruz Solutions to discuss the role of men in times of challenge and how to address our families about what is happening in the world. He tells us how we as people develop biases. Bill grew up in a home with a not so kind dad and because of that he thought that was how all men were. When we hear a person say “Those People” it is from a biased viewpoint. He tells us how people were biased against him growing up. Everyone is biased in some way but we need to be self-aware. Bill tells us that to really make a real step in the right direction is dialog. Bill tells us how men need to have more dialog with each other that you have grown a bias with to help lead this world to be more peaceful. By us doing this it will show our kids to do the same.
