While working on ranches in Hawaii, Michael discovered healing through working with horses and in nature. Fueled by his desire to help others overcome their struggles and using the tools that helped him, he set out to create Second Chance Rehabilitation Ranch, which just launched its first program, Healing Retreats for veterans and first responders.

Aaron tells how he took want he learned in college he used for his street hustle which ultimately got him put in federal prison. Aaron took the experience of prison to turn his life around and to learn from fellow inmates how to be a better and legal entrepreneur. Now he is the founder and CEO of Escaping The Odds is a media company which provides a podcast that highlights other formerly incarcerated men and women, resources for formerly incarcerated that is very helpful to everyone. Aaron shared about the struggle it has been to build a relationship with his daughter. He gives some great advice as to how to go about it.

The Sid Center's premier program the Black Men Healing Circle focuses on providing Black men internationally with a safe space to receive healing, inspiration and self-care. She tells us how a holistic mental health and wellness program can and should work together with your physician and your therapists. The center also offers an intensive behavior intervention program called Hope 180 that is designed to dismantle the School to Prison Pipeline for Black boys.

Porn addiction, is it a real addiction and how would you know you are addicted? Dr. Rob Weiss from Seeking Integrity, LLC based out of Los Angeles, California tells us the signs to look for. Dr. Weiss said that with modern technology porn is something that people of all ages watch and have access to. When it comes to our kids, Dr. Weiss informs us that there are ways to help parents when they find out their child is looking at porn. In this video he tells us that in most cases your child is looking at porn and how to respond when you find out he or she does. Dr. Weiss is the author of ten books on sexuality, technology, and intimate relationships, including Sex Addiction 101, Out of the Doghouse, and Prodependence. She informs us that a parent who is an alienator suffers from some form of PTSD. She said most alienators were abused as a child physically, sexually, or psychologically. She explains how Parental Alienation is another form of Domestic Violence by Proxy. Joan lets us know that there is hope when a child reaches certain ages. As an alienated parent she gives you solutions as to how to keep in contact with their child so they don’t feel abandoned. She tells us how learning critical thinking skills can help. She gives the primary definition on Parental Alienation. She explains that alienation doesn’t always began after a divorce. It could happen even in a couple current marriage. She has a book out called Parents Acting Badly: How Institutions and Societies Promote the Alienation of Children from their Loving Families.
