Here book is called “Contentious Custody” the book is about the perils of the family court system and ideas for making the process of divorce, as well as the ensuing co-parenting relationship, a positive one. Dr. Bizub tells us how we can handle divorce in a healthier manner than we do currently, and how that is in the best interest of everyone, most importantly the children. She enlightens us that in some occasion the children what to be in the middle of the divorce but they should not be. What is Infidelity? Family Therapist Emma Loach of Thrive Couple & Family Counseling Services provides the definition of Infidelity. She said she categories into two categories of as emotional and physical infidelity. She tells us statistically men are more likely cheats it’s physical and woman more likely cheat emotionally base. She gives us an insight into the generational difference why more women seem to cheat more in today’s society. She explains how a couple end up with one or both partners cheating. She gives us statistically why infidelity enters a relationship. Emma explains how important communication is in a relationship. How if your partner feels like something is lacking in the relationship and you don’t communicate that, that could lead to a partner seeking what they are missing from outside sources. Sometimes it is communicated but the other person ignored what you are feeling. She said there are theory’s that say men are lest monogamous then women. However, in her experience she has not found that to be the case normally. She gives a great reason as to why men cheat and it’s not that they what a divorce. She explains how infidelity is recoverable and the three important stages you need to take to make that happen.

On The Father Show, Dr. Gene Munson came on the show to give us the three phases of fatherhood. He describes the 5 men in his life that help him into manhood. As one of the men that help shape him was a police sergeant taught him about making good choices, decision making, make a difference and to stop talking and start doing. Dr. Munson gives us the three phases of fatherhood, which are observer, participant, and adviser. He tells us just how much we are observers and the children learn as observers. How fatherhood is a role model. He teaches us that if you are a father, you are a leader and you need to not take that responsibility lightly. He tells us how a fatherless child can learn about fatherhood by going to the library and reading biographies on other men and how they lived. He enlightens us on how Greatness walks around us every day if we stop and observe. He tells us as fathers we should be paying it forward to the kids we have and come in contact with. He also tells us that men are generally protectors and providers. Men have learned to communicate more but we still have a growing to do. Fathers need to know that all three of these phases apply to little boys and girls. That fathers need to be prepared for questions that your child might ask. He also lets us know that a man being a leader does not mean he has to be the bread winner in the household.

The idea came when the family was stuck inside due to the pandemic. He explains how writing has made him a better dad by documenting things that happen on a day to day basis. It brings what works and what doesn’t work as he interacts with his kids. He tells us how by writing to his kids he can leave knowledge that he has learned and want to pass on to his kids. He gives other ideas as to how we as fathers can leave something for their kids in writing. How a father can solidify fun memories to their kids that are so important.
